Originally from Germany, I moved to New Zealand in 2021 with my wife and our 3 kids and recently started working in the Whanganui Osteopathy Clinic as a Cranio Sacral Therapist.

My aim is to provide therapy that reflects the broad range of knowledge and experience I have gained from the last 23 years of my clinical work.

Since graduating in Physiotherapy in 1999 I have completed further training in Neurodevelopmental Therapy, Naturopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture Massage, Manual Therapy, Lymphatic Therapy, Massage and Kinesio-Taping.

For the last 15 years my wife and I have run a successful Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy clinic in Germany during which time I developed a particular interest in children with disabilities or developmental issues, clients with neurological issues and clients with both physical and emotional trauma-related issues.

In recent years I’ve become increasingly aware of patients who, despite being successfully treated with classical physiotherapy, find themselves with recurrences of similar conditions. This led me into the field of Cranio Sacral Therapy (CST) which addresses the actual cause of the symptoms.

By working with various healing methods such as Naturopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as my experience with meditation and Qi Gong, I am constantly reminded of how important it is to be connected. CST is a holistic approach where one is connected to all aspects of the self, physical, emotional and spiritual to allow optimal healing and ultimate wellbeing.

I’m looking forward to implementing CST into the Whanganui Osteopathy Clinic and to supporting our clients on their journey.
